The Silesian Ostrava Choral Ensemble came over from the Czech Republic to perform in London, and one of the venues was our very own Colliers Wood Community Centre on a Monday evening, so we went to see them instead of having our usual rehearsal. Christopher made sure we weren't let off, though, as he arranged for them to give us a song to learn together - Ej Lásko, Lásko, which we did, after a very accomplished performance of a variety of material. It turned out to be joyous occasion for all.
